Remarks:
The tandy100 is small laptop computer. It has several applications in rom such as a word processor and a BASIC interpretor. It uses AA batteries for power, or a 6volt AC adaptor. These computers were used by mobile reporters who used them to type stories into, and then uploaded via modem to the home office. Certainly more convenient than doing it by hand. UPI still had Tandy 100s in service up to 1996 and users were reluctant to give them up as the computers died. There was also an optional disk drive for the 100 which used 3.5 disks. This model is not working due to some missing components.
